About Ami

Ami joined the Clinical Physiotherapy team in St Ives in 2017.

Ami is an accredited sports and remedial massage therapist with a Diploma in Remedial Massage.  and has quickly grown a reputation as a skilled, caring and compassionate massage therapist.

As a recently retired Australian representative swimmer, Ami understands the physical and mental stresses that athletes experience during training and competition. Ami has represented Australia at the 2013 World Championships in Barcelona winning a Silver Medal in the 4 x 200 Freestyle relay. She has also competed at the Youth Commonwealth Games, Youth Pan Pacific, Youth Olympics and The World University Games.


Utilising her experience as an Elite athlete, Ami indentifies with the importance of injury prevention and rehabilitation. Using a combination of myofascial release and deep connective tissue techniques, Ami can help alleviate all types of pain, dysfunction and tightness.
