St Ives Senior Exercise Classes
Our seniors exercise classes are based on recent research that strength training is the number 1 exercise intervention for treating a wide variety of conditions including arthritis, balance problems, cardiovascular disease, Parkinsons disease and dementia.
The circuit style strength classes last for 35mins.
There are 6 different exercise stations with 1 minute spent at each station.
Exercises change every 4 weeks.
Maximum of 6 participants per class.
Every weekday at 10.20am.
$20 per class, claimable on your private health fund card.
