Spinal Extensor Strength Progressions

These exercise are designed to increase strength of the muscles to produce spinal extension.

Spinal extension is performed in tasks such as i.e sitting and standing upright, rising from a bent over position or holding yourself in a bent over position such as ironing, washing dishes etc.
